This pre-fab just sold on E-Bay for a cool $75,000.00. It is made from reclaimed materials, is about 400 sf, (about $190.00 per square foot, without lot). The procedes go to Habitat for Humanity so the price paid may have been inflated by a generous patron.
One cool thing is this pre-fab is transportable. I don’t see a trailer hitch but it can be loaded on a truck and moved to your home. Maybe you need a guest house?
